The Reefer Garden can preorder birds, reptiles, and small animals for pickup in Brookland, about ten minutes from Jonesboro. These are not animals we keep on display overnight. If you order one, you have to pick it up the day the shipment arrives. We do not have a place to hold birds, reptiles, or small animals after delivery day, so the pickup time is part of the order, not a suggestion.
Here is how a preorder works. Open the preorder page. Add the animals to your bag, then enter your first name, last name, phone number, and email. Email the bag to the store. We send you an invoice for the full amount. We place the order after that invoice is paid. When the shipment comes in, we contact you and you pick it up that same day at the store.
Fish, corals, and aquatic plants are a different case. We can hold those in our aquariums. Birds, reptiles, and small animals cannot stay here past delivery day. If that day does not work for you, do not place the preorder. Read the note on the preorder page before you send the bag, and call us if a species is unclear.
